• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated.

4Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the EURUNS name, logo, product designs, photographs, illustrations, gemstone guides, blog articles, Zodiac/Planet/Fortune Line naming, packaging designs, and overall look and feel — is the property of EURUNS or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4.2 Trademarks

"EURUNS," the EURUNS logo, and all related marks are trademarks of EURUNS. You may not use any EURUNS trademark without our prior written consent, except as permitted under fair use for nominative purposes (e.g., referring to our products in a review).

4.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and view content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our express written permission.

5Products & Pricing

5.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products — including Zodiac, Planet, and Fortune Line bracelets — as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the exact color, size, or appearance of the physical product.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in pricing and to modify or discontinue products at any time. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to change. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock limitations, we will notify you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

6Orders & Payment

6.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when we send an order confirmation email and your payment has been successfully processed.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover;
• Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay;
• PayPal;
• EURUNS gift cards and store credit.

All payment processing is handled securely by our payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

6.3 Order Modification & Cancellation

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting support@euruns.com. After this window, the order may have entered processing and can no longer be changed.

6.4 Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

7Shipping & Returns

7.1 Shipping

7.2 Returns & Exchanges

8Product Disclaimers

8.1 No Medical or Health Claims

EURUNS products — including Zodiac, Planet, and Fortune Line bracelets — are jewelry and fashion accessories. Any references to "healing," "energy," "chakra alignment," "zodiac properties," "manifestation," or similar metaphysical concepts are based on cultural traditions, folklore, and spiritual beliefs. They are not medical, psychological, or scientific claims.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from wearing our bracelets. If you have a medical condition, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

8.2 Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

While our products use genuine natural gemstones, some individuals may experience skin sensitivity or allergic reactions to certain metals, cord materials, or stone treatments. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. For specific material information, please see the product description or contact us.

8.3 Choking Hazard

Our bracelets contain small beads and components that may pose a choking hazard. Keep products away from infants and small children. Adult supervision is required if a child is wearing or handling any EURUNS product.

9User Reviews & Content

9.1 Submitting Reviews

If the Site allows user reviews, ratings, photos, or other user-generated content ("UGC"), you agree that any content you submit is truthful, original, and does not violate the rights of any third party.

9.2 Content License

By submitting UGC, you grant EURUNS a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your content for any purpose, including marketing, without compensation to you.

9.3 Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

• Is defamatory, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory;
• Infringes on another's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Contains personal information of others without consent;
• Promotes counterfeit goods, unauthorized reselling, or fraudulent activity;
• Contains false or misleading reviews, including reviews of products you have not purchased.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any UGC at our sole discretion.

10Privacy & Data

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

11Limitation of Liability

11.1 "As Is" Basis

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EURUNS, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 Liability Cap

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EURUNS, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site or violation of these Terms;
• Your submission of user-generated content;
• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property;
• Any fraudulent or unlawful activity conducted through your account.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute remains unresolved after 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
